High Commodities respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the information Forget Me Not may collect or process, how that information is used, how it may be linked to your account, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, Forget Me Not may collect or process the following categories of information:

• Name — including the account holder's name and names of contacts added to the app.
• Email Address — including account or sign-in email addresses and email addresses you choose to save for contacts.
• Phone Number — including phone numbers you choose to save for contacts.
• Physical Address — including mailing or shipping addresses you choose to save for contacts or gift-related features.
• Contacts — contact information you manually add or choose to import from your device.
• Other User Content — such as likes, dislikes, notes, relationship details, occasion details, gift preferences, reminder information, and gift-message content.
• User ID — an account or user identifier used to operate and secure your account.
• Purchase History — subscription plan, entitlement status, purchase or renewal status, and transaction-related identifiers needed to provide paid features.

How Information Is Linked to You

These categories may be linked to your account or identity when needed to provide app functionality, personalization, subscription access, security, and support. Forget Me Not does not use these categories for cross-app or cross-website tracking for advertising purposes.

How We Use Information

• Create, authenticate, and maintain user accounts.
• Store contacts, important dates, preferences, reminders, and other information you choose to save.
• Provide personalized gift ideas, card or message suggestions, and related app features.
• Manage subscription access and restore purchases.
• Operate, secure, maintain, and improve core app functionality.
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.
• Prevent misuse, fraud, or security incidents and comply with applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Forget Me Not relies on service providers to operate certain features. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy obligations and policies.

• Apple — App Store distribution, Sign in with Apple where used, and in-app subscription payment processing.
• RevenueCat — subscription status and entitlement management for App Store purchases.
• Base44 — backend, authentication, database, application infrastructure, and related services used by Forget Me Not.
• Google — when you choose Google Sign-In or connect supported Google services, information may be processed according to the permissions you authorize and Google's privacy policies.
• External merchants and gift services — Forget Me Not may provide links to retailers or merchants. Visiting or purchasing from an external retailer is governed by that retailer's own privacy policy and terms.

We expect service providers that process personal information on our behalf to maintain privacy and security protections appropriate to the information and services involved.

Payments

On iOS, Apple processes App Store subscription payments. Forget Me Not does not receive or store your full payment-card number or bank account information.

Contacts Permission

Forget Me Not may request permission to access contacts stored on your device. Contact access is used to let you choose people to add or import into the app. The app does not automatically import your entire contact list without your action. You can change contact permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain your account, provide requested app functionality, maintain subscription and transaction records, meet legal or security obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud or abuse. When information is no longer required, it may be deleted or anonymized as appropriate.

Account and Data Deletion

Forget Me Not provides an in-app account deletion option. You can request deletion through Settings → Delete Account. You may also contact us for assistance. Some information may be retained when required by law, for fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal obligations.

Your Privacy Choices

• Choose whether to add or import contact information.
• Change device permissions through iOS Settings.
• Disconnect supported integrations.
• Request account deletion.
• Contact us regarding your personal information.

Children's Privacy

Forget Me Not is not specifically designed or marketed as a children's application. We do not knowingly use personal information from children for behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.

Tracking and Advertising

Forget Me Not does not use personal information for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking and does not sell users' personal information to advertisers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app, legal requirements, or our data practices change. The current version will remain available at https://highcommodities.com/privacy.
