These Terms govern your use of Forget Me Not and related High Commodities services. You agree to use the service lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and avoid interfering with or misusing the service.

Cards, gifts, payments, shipping, and third-party integrations may be subject to additional provider terms, availability, pricing, and fulfillment conditions.

The Forget Me Not and High Commodities names, software, designs and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
